As you are more than aware, with the demand on services and to observe social distancing due to Covid-19, as a practice we have had to change the way that we deliver our services.
This has meant that face-to-face consultations and the majority of consultations and queries being dealt with over the telephone.
In order to allow our staff the time to ensure that all patient correspondence, medical requests and queries are dealt with as safely and quickly as possible, we ask that you only telephone the practice between 4.30pm and 6.30pm if you require urgent medical advice.
All requests for general telephone consultations, prescriptions and general queries should be directed to the practice between 8am and 4.30pm.
We thank you for your continued co-operation and support, and assure you that our staff are working hard on the front line to ensure you are kept safe and well, and continue to get the care that you need.
